1. About this policy

EZ AI is an Android AI writing and copywriting app (package ez.ai.app). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, including advertising through Google AdMob. For questions or privacy requests, email shahbazmaheen369@gmail.com.

2. Information you provide

When you use writing features, the text you enter (including prompts, drafts, and requested revisions) is used to provide the content you request. Generated responses are displayed in the app. Text entered into the app may contain personal information if you choose to include it. Please avoid entering passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal details.

3. Advertising: Google AdMob

EZ AI uses Google AdMob as its advertising SDK to show ads, including native ads. AdMob and Google may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad impressions, clicks, and other ad interaction signals for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization. 4. Writing requests and generated text

To respond to a writing request, EZ AI must process your prompt and chosen options. Where generation uses a remote AI service, the request is transmitted for processing and a response is returned. AdMob is the only third-party SDK identified for this app; this does not mean writing requests are necessarily processed entirely on your device. We do not use your writing prompts for advertising targeting ourselves.

5. Saved history and preferences

EZ AI includes a writing history feature and options such as tone and language. History and preferences may be stored by the app so you can access previous creations and your selected settings. You can use the app’s available history-delete controls to remove saved history from within the app. Removing locally stored data or uninstalling the app can also remove locally saved history; it cannot delete copies already processed by remote services.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

If you purchase a subscription, Google Play processes your payment. EZ AI may receive purchase status and transaction information needed to enable premium access or restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.

7. Why information is used

We use the information involved in your requests to produce writing output, apply your selected language and tone, make history features available, manage premium access, respond to emails you send us, and maintain security and reliable operation. Google AdMob processes advertising-related information for its services as described above.

8. Data sharing

AdMob-related device and ad information is handled by Google for advertising purposes. Prompts are sent to a remote AI processing service only if required by the app’s generation architecture. We do not sell your prompts or writing history. If you choose to email support, your message is handled through your email provider and ours.

9. Retention and deletion

History you can delete in the app is removed from the app’s available history. Retention of data processed by Google is governed by Google’s applicable practices, and any remote AI processing is subject to the provider’s retention practices. We cannot delete data independently controlled by Google.

10. Your choices

You can delete individual history items or clear history using app controls where available, manage app permissions through Android, adjust ad privacy choices available in your device or Google settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app, but no internet or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid entering sensitive or confidential information into AI prompts.

12. Children’s privacy

EZ AI is a general-purpose writing tool. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of AI features and advertising. If you believe a child has supplied personal information in a way that needs review, contact us using the address below.

13. International processing

Google AdMob and any remote services used to generate writing may process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe applicable practices and protections.

14. Policy changes

We may update this policy if app features or data-handling practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
